Lakeland, Fla.—U.S. Representative Scott Franklin (FL-15) visited Lake Gibson Middle School in Lakeland to meet with seventh and eighth grade civic students.

Congressman Franklin took time to teach the students about Congress and how it works on behalf of the American people. He also spoke to the students about his Navy career, history as a business owner, his community service and service as a city commissioner.

The congressman concluded by giving each student a copy of the Constitution.
