Congressman Scott Franklin Announces Staff Transitions

Congressman Scott Franklin (FL-18) today announced several staff changes within his Washington, D.C. office, effective May 16, 2025.

Will Sitton, who has been with Franklin since 2021 and served as Legislative Director since 2023, will be departing the office to pursue new professional opportunities.

“Will has been a valued member of our team and a trusted advisor throughout his time on the Hill,” said Congressman Franklin. “His leadership on legislative strategy, especially on agriculture issues and our work on appropriations has been instrumental in advancing priorities for Florida’s 18th District. We thank him for his service and wish him continued success.”

Stepping into the role of Legislative Director will be Lindsey Mosley, who currently serves as Senior Policy Advisor. Mosley brings a strong policy background and deep experience managing the Congressman’s legislative portfolio, particularly in national security, appropriations and veteran’s issues.

Corey Noble, currently serving as Communications Director, will transition to a new role as Senior Policy Advisor for agriculture. In this capacity, he will support the Congressman’s work as Vice Chair of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture, critical water priorities under the Energy and Water Subcommittee and advance key policy initiatives critical to Florida’s farming communities.

Melissa Wolfe, currently serving as Digital Media Director, will take on the role of Press Secretary, overseeing media relations. Brooke Aghakhan, who has served as Communications Advisor, will expand her responsibilities to include speechwriting and serve as Communications Advisor & Speechwriter.

“These team members have each demonstrated outstanding commitment, talent and adaptability,” Franklin added. “I’m confident these transitions will strengthen our office and help us better serve the constituents of Florida’s 18th District.”
