Rep. Franklin issued the following statement in response to reports that President Biden provided Russian President Putin with a list of infrastructure entities "off limits" to cyberattacks:

“The federal government’s policy on cyberattacks against our infrastructure should be that all such attacks are unacceptable. President Biden giving Russian President Vladimir Putin a list of 16 critical infrastructure entities that are “off limits” signals weakness and emboldens the Kremlin to continue its cyber operations against our country. We must draw a line in the sand with Russia and make clear that cyberattacks originating from Russian forces or its proxies will not be tolerated.”
