American families should be free to make healthcare decisions that fit their specific needs. Our healthcare requires market-based solutions, not a one-size fits all approach that reduces options, increases cost and impacts timely and affordable care. Healthcare decisions are best made by you and your doctor, not by Congress and unelected Washington bureaucrats.

Expanding access to health savings accounts (HSAs), will enable individuals to set aside pre-tax dollars for their health care costs and the services and products HSAs typically cover. Congress should also address expanding telehealth services to broaden healthcare access for millions of families.

Congress must also ensure Medicare continues to deliver for older Americans who depend on it. That means ensuring seniors have access and choices to receive the health care they need, including lower prescription drug costs and affordable premiums for Medicare health plan options.
